Winchester High School Boys Soccer tryouts for the 2026 season begin this upcoming Monday August 24th.

August 24, 25 & 27

• 12:00–2:00 PM: Freshmen & Sophomores

• 2:00–4:00 PM: Juniors, Seniors & Returning Varsity Players

• Location: Knowlton Stadium

August 26

• 12:00–2:00 PM: Juniors, Seniors & Returning Varsity Players (Knowlton Stadium)

• 3:00–4:30 PM: Freshmen & Sophomores (Skillings Turf)

Tryout Results

There are 4 potential tryout results for every student …

•   Varsity Team (28 players will be selected)

•       Sub-Varsity A Team (22 players will be selected)

•       Sub-Varsity B Team (22 players will be selected)

•       Not Selected 

Winchester High School Boys Soccer is a very competitive Division 1 program. Each season, we have more students tryout for the boys soccer program than we have roster spots available to offer. Unfortunately, this means there will be students who are not selected for a team. 

Necessary Items for All Players

•       White Shirt

•       Black/Navy Shirt

•       Soccer Cleats

•       Shin Pads (You will not be allowed onto the field without shin pads on)

•       Size 5 Soccer Ball

•       Water
